1. The short version
The Free plan is free. For the Pro plan, you can cancel any time and won’t be charged again — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial periods. We’ll make exceptions for genuine billing errors or service failures on our side.
2. How cancellation works
Open the billing page in your Sled dashboard and click cancel. Cancellation is effective at the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You keep full access until then; we don’t turn anything off mid-period.
Cancellation does not delete your account or your data — you can come back and re-subscribe later, or you can ask us to delete the account entirely (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Refund for partial periods
By default, we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. This keeps billing simple. If you cancel on the 20th of a month, you keep access until your renewal date and no further charges are made.
Two specific exceptions:
(a) Billing errors. If we charge you incorrectly — duplicate charge, charged after cancellation, wrong plan price, etc. — email hey@ardakaanozcan.com with details. We’ll refund the incorrect charge in full, typically within 7 business days.
(b) Material service failure. If Sled is materially broken on our end (extended outage, lost data, missed webhook attribution that’s clearly our fault) and the failure significantly affects your use of the service for the billing period in question, contact us and we’ll work out a partial refund or credit in good faith.
4. Consumer protection (EU and Türkiye)
If you’re a consumer in the EU or in Türkiye, you have certain statutory rights that cannot be waived by these terms — including, in some cases, a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital service after subscribing. By starting to use Sled (creating a tenant, configuring webhooks, processing real affiliate data), you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.
If you believe you’re entitled to a refund under a non-waivable law that we haven’t accounted for here, email us and we’ll honor it.
5. Payments are processed by Polar
Sled subscriptions are billed through Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Polar issues the invoice and is the party that processes the refund. When we approve a refund, we initiate it from our side and Polar returns the funds to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
